Summary of Works:

PHC had the pleasure of supplying on-site engineering and all surveying requirements for the iconic structure in the centre of London, commonly known as the “Cheesegrater” the structure was one of the first in London to adopt a “built-offsite” approach incorporating many of the individual components for M&E and pre-cast concrete flooring amongst others.

A challenging project of 16,000 tonnes prefabricated off-site and delivered to the centre of London, the design included many new and innovative “connections” which also incorporated much of the additional infrastructure usually constructed at site.
