The PHC Group were delighted to be fully involved with this project, providing site management and construction personnel from the lower ground to roof level, our services included for site delivery sequencing and planning, labour activity programming and the full installation of panels and decking floors. PHC supplied the labour for both the basement structural steel car park erection and podium structure together with the commercial office space and four levels of LGSF structure housing both commercial space and luxury residential apartments.

A four Storey LGSF 32 Luxury apartment block with 6667 sq. ft of commercial office space built on a three-storey structural steel basement and podium structure, all carried out within the confines of a busy London residential restricted area.
