Construction is recognised as a high-risk industry that can present many different potential hazards. To meet this challenge, PHC Group has a very proactive Health and Safety Program.

 

Our goal is to create working documentation and conditions that promote safe, efficient operations and eliminate or control the hazards that cause accidents and injuries. All our workforce from management to site workers have designated safety program responsibilities compiled and provided by our in-house consultants and experts.

We are constantly promoting safety through the training and instruction of all our employees. We have a safety recognition program that recognises employees who have completed designated hours of work
without a lost time accident.

Our Health and Safety Program and Work Safe vision is successful because we have the commitment, involvement and participation of all employees working together. Our senior Management will always form an integral part of our safety program and will ensure that accident prevention plays a major role in all management functions and planning.
